Spiritual Support Session

In a 1:1 Video session, you will have an opportunity to work through any physical, emotional, mental or spiritual blockages with Sophia.

I'm a certified adult and kids yoga instructor, reiki healer, past life regression hypnotherapist with a psychology and dance degree from Columbia University. I am currently a yoga professor at Columbia University. I use all of my knowledge to support you on your spiritual journey. All bodies, ages, races and ability levels are welcome here.

 

How will a session look?

I will support you as best I can with tools to guide your kundalini and/or spiritual awakening journey. I will guide you through chakra imbalances and provide a non-judgmental space to speak about and let go of anything that may be troubling you on your spiritual journey. 

 

You will receive an email from me within 24 hours of submitting payment to schedule your Zoom call.
