Reiki is a Japanese healing practice that assumes that health depends on the harmonious flow of "qi" energy. In a healing session, energy is channeled from the universal life force through the crown of the head and down to the heart and hands.

How will the 30-minute session work? 

During a virtual reiki healing session with Sophia, she will have her eyes closed and meditate. She shares any and all messages with you as they come so have a pen and paper nearby! You may see Sophia's body move, sing, hum, burp, yawn, cry, sneeze, sigh or clear the energy with crystals or incenses. That is her clearing the energy. You can meditate, clean your space or do anything you desire as Sophia channels your energy and clears the blockages. It is common for clients to also burp, yawn, sigh or feel more at peace during the session.

Messages will come through your guides and you can receive information about your inner child, ancestors, past lives, chakra blockages, etc. Whatever you need to know at this time will surface.
