I experienced physical abandonment by my father and emotional abandonment by my mother. Throughout my young adulthood I have attracted people who physically and emotionally abandoned me. I have spent the past 3 years deeply healing my abandonment wound, both the patterns that led me to attract abandoning people and identifying ways I self-abandon on the daily.
