My workbooks guide you in reprogramming your inner critic and connect to your inner cheerleader so that you feel worthy of the life you desire, worthy of love, worthy of setting boundaries, worthy of living the life of your dreams and confident in your body.

Each workbook is different. Some include affirmations, daily accountability, others journaling exercises and inner child healing prompts that've helped me heal my childhood trauma over the past 8 years.

I am a more confident and loving woman who feels whole, safe and worthy without the need for validation from anyone except me. I am a yoga professor at Columbia University at 27 and so passionate about guiding clients back to themselves. I am living the life of my dreams and guiding you to do the same!
